When was the last time someone asked you this question? Maybe never. Maybe this is because very few people read these days and so the question doesn't come to mind. Then just what are we filling our minds with; films, music, newspaper headlines, magazines, or maybe only sms's?

To be honest to you Sir, I would seriously love to take up reading as my hobby but having enough patience to actually finish those books can be really though for me..hehe..Thank you for commenting on my blog space and it's interesting to have you in our blogging community..Great job and an interesting topic you have here.

What am I reading at the moment? A fiction on The Templar Legacy by Steve Berry and The World is Flat by Thomas Friedman. Other than that, The Sun newspaper in college if there is time away from students.....
Never thought you join the blogging community (and you beat me to it) but am certainly looking forward for your many postings on the numerous books you have read and making a summary of it.
This way, we can save both time and money (a very Chinaman perspective)on reading hard-to-find and interesting books...heh,heh.

That is so true, nowadays people do not talk about books anymore, they more interested in movies and music.But myself i can say that i read a lot, and i still have frinds who is interested in what am i reading.But the sad part is that mostly im interested in historical novels and authors such as Paulo Coelho,I think this is not “smart enough” and waste of time,so im trying to read more business and political books which might help me in the future.
I’m really glad you brought up this topic,by the way right now im reading russian author Sergei Minaev "Media Sapiens" this book is about PR and advertising which is affecting our every day life..
I'm not the person who likes to read honestly, but I read Chinese novel and newspaper sometimes. I will read only when the time is needed. Other than that, I will read when there is a brainwave come into my mind. I feel reading is sometimes boring, but once you having the interest in that particular topic or area, you would like to continue reading. Moreover, the mood of a person is also important. Just like me, if I didn’t have the mood at that time, even I’m interesting in that book; I won’t even touch the book. Maybe because of I’m that kind of lazy person, so only based on this way that I think I can read more… Thanks for your comment on my blog, sir.
hii sir, at present i am reading 'The smoke Jumper' its a good book having suspense and love stories. Dont read a lot but some what. If i am not wrong the collection of books you have is big enough. Good blog on good topic

at this moment i'm reading online newspaper, articles and journals about blog topic. my topic is Internet pornography. b4 involving into this topic i knew a little about this but now i found some interesting stories and news. on the other hand I got a book on "hypnotism" and the book name is "practical Hypnotism". I know you read so many books. may b u know a lot about hypnostism, ok we'll share it.

wow. that is nice .. i didnt know that you also having blog and the question is so simple but its very difficult to answer... Its true now yaung people reading very seldom and the topics which they are reading is also not for the perpose of knowledge... myself if honestly i hate read about some romance or other staff, i more in history ... this my topic and i really love read about history.. reading is very important nowadays. its true and more people agree with me, but as a human being we ONLY know to see the problem not to solve it, even now u did great job mentioning about lack of reading, i am sure i don know about others but I take no action to fix this problem, even after ur Comments. The main problem as i always say and nobody listens to me is. Physiology, the things which motivates us.
in addition reading is not just a book and spend the couple of weeks, NO its not sooo narrow , i see reading as when am in the street, in the bus, in the class everywhere , I learn from everywhere, even that people who wrote a book how they wrote a book ? According to a certain events, the maybe observe, investigate, or analyze whatever but they read as well. READ LIFE WHAT SURROUNDS THEM, what they people did just make it as book.. that's it
so guys i hope you understand my theory, which is very unique just like ME , hehe
